A Bonus code isn't working.

Bonuses only work when certain conditions are met — you can learn about them in the Bonus Hub, or you can find the info in the Bonus Terms & Conditions page.

Bonuses will not be activated if you have more than one account in PrimeWin.com, or if you already claimed it (for example, if you claimed a reload bonus on a Friday, you can’t activate it again until the next Friday).

Special bonuses that are e.g. part of a marketing campaign cannot be activated if you have duplicate accounts
