Setting up two-factor authentication is no big deal. You need to click this link and scan the QR code with your 2FA app (or simply copy the key to your 2FA app). After you do that, enter the code generated by your 2FA app. Everything is set, and you’re good to go!
I’ve lost access to email that is linked to my PrimeWin account
If you have lost access to the email which you used to register your account, we would appreciate it if you would try to regain access to it yourself.
In case you are not able to do that, kindly send us an email at support@primewin.com from a new email you would like to have linked to your account, and we will help you there after verifying you're the owner of that account.
