Before a withdrawal is possible, your deposit must be wagered at least one time, which means that the deposited amount must be played one time.
Otherwise we are entitled to deduct a 8% fee with a minimum sum of 4 euro (or equivalent in your account currency) in order to combat money laundering.
Is there a maximum withdrawal limit I should be aware of?
Yes, the weekly limit for withdrawing funds is 10,000 EUR. The monthly withdrawal limit is 40,000 EUR.
What are the fees on withdrawals?
There is no fees on withdrawals, you can see a complete list of payment methods on our Payments page along with min/max limits per transactions
How long will it take for me to receive my money once I request a withdrawal?
We always aim to process withdrawal requests assoon as possible but that will depend on the method used for deposit. Our average cashout time is of about 30 minutes and for more information on processing times, please visit our Payments page.
Can I deposit in one currency and withdraw to another?
Unfortunately, this is not an option at the moment.
