How does your KYC procedure work, how long does it take and will I be notified?

If you request a withdrawal and we need documents from you at that time, we will send you an email within an hour asking you for the required documents and telling you how to proceed.

The requested documents must then be uploaded in the "Documents" section and will be reviewed within 12 hours, but in most cases this will happen within an hour.
