I didn't receive my loyalty cashback

There are three main reasons that prevent you from getting loyalty cashback.

Firstly, you might have disabled the receipt of bonuses. This option is located on the Deposit page. If it is disabled, you will not receive bonuses like cashback, loyalty bonuses, freespins etc.

The second reason is that your total real money loss for the previous day is less than required by cashback terms. It is an essential condition of getting the cashback bonus.

Here's an example. You made a deposit of 100 EUR, then you started playing and won 50 EUR, but then continued playing and lost another 70 EUR — all within the same day. It means that you end the day with 80 EUR on your balance (which is 20 EUR less than your original balance), and on the next day you will not receive your cashback.

Also, it is possible that you have a duplicate account that you may have registered previously. Please contact the support team so that they can close your old or inactive account and remove the daily cashback restrictions.
