I forgot my 2FA Authenticator Code.

If you have lost access to Google Authenticator or other two-factor authentication app you’ve been using, you can contact the customer support at support@primewin.com or via the live chat widget on the site. After you submit all the required information, support specialists will switch off the 2FA for you account so that you can set it once again.
