The system says I reached one of my gambling limits.

If you have set any limits on your account

 (such as cooling off, deposit limit etc.), the system will notify you when you reach any of them. You can also reach out to customer support at support@primewin.com or via the live chat widget on the site and ask them to adjust it.

My account has been blocked or suspended.

There are few reasons why this can happen, but the most common one is multi accounts. We strongly advise you to only have one account in PrimeWin because otherwise you might lose all your funds and be suspended permanently.

Another very common reason is double-spending. Double spending is when you cancel a transaction and create a new one with the purpose of speeding up the transaction process. However, our system has already received multiple confirmations, and for anti-fraud purposes, it has been flagged as a double spend. For this reason, we recommend that you do not cancel the transaction untill it's finished.

If you feel like the deposit is taking too long, please contact the customer support at support@primewin.com or via the live chat widget on the site, before another deposit.
