What does "Exceeded bet limit" mean?

We have maximum bet limits specified in our Terms and Conditions.

 

In case you tried to make a bet that exceeds the specified limit, please decrease your bet so that it matches the current bet limits. Everything should work properly after that.

If the issue still exists after that, please contact the customer support team at support@primewin.com or via the live chat widget on the site with a detailed description of your problem (title of the game, bet amount, etc.) with screenshots attached.
