Help CenterA cooling off period is for when you wish to just take a small break from playing, from a day up to 6 months. While on a cool off you can still log in to your account however you will be blocked from depositing and any promotion we have will not be sent to you, a cool off will also be activated automatically when the period is up, and can also be enabled sooner with a 7 days re opening time.
A self exclusion is a longer period of time, 6 months to permanently, and when it is closed you can no longer log into to your account at all and it can not be reopened before the time limit has expired. You would need to contact us after the set limit has expired for us to reopen the account once more
